Early Childhood- Stronger the start, better the finish
The earliest years of a child’s life is key to predicting ultimate success in school and life.
Though learning continues throughout life, there are “prime times” during which the brain is most effective in processing certain types of experiences, and many of these prime times occur during the first five years of life. The first five years see the most rapid changes of life due to exposure to a new world with new experiences. At this time, the brain is most flexible and is prepared to learn. If the child does not get this experience NOW, he/she will forever miss the opportunity to benefit from it.
We believe that every child in his own way gives us cues & hints on what they need to be taught. At our school, it’s more like giving and taking, not just teaching and learning…and believing in “following the child”.
